3D Prototyping

The apogeeLAB laboratory, has some machines for 3D prototyping. We are talking about:

  • 3D printers, with UV LIQUID RESIN technology
  • 3D printers, with FILAMENT technology.

The first one, provides a printing surface of 220x220x250mm, with precision tolerance of 0.02mm. The second one possesses a print quality with 6K resolution, 0.01mm precision, and table size of 298x164x300mm.
The lab’s machine park continues with a LASER cutter, with 100W power, suitable for cutting and engraving all types of materials, except metals. The latter can only be engraved, along with glass. The machine in question, possesses a cutting surface of 1000x700x100mm, with cutting thickness of about 30mm. Plexiglass, rubber, neoprene, cardboard, acrylic, etc. can be cut.

It is completed by two 4-axis CNC machines, with 420x360x280mm worktable, with 1KWATT power electrospindle, air-cooled, and one 4-axis CNC, with 800x500x120mm worktable, with 2.2KWATT power electrospindle, water-cooled.
